Please review these rules and guidelines before contacting me for a commission.

Rules and Regulations

• Commission requests should be sent through this Google Form•If the form is closed then Commissions are currently closed. You can check on slots/comm status on my Trello Board• Questions about commissions can also be sent to [email protected] or @hobgobbin on tumblr/twitter/bsky• Discord can also be requested by buyer if preferred for updates/discussion after commission is accepted.• You must have visual references for non-design commissions. If your references are text only or not concrete I will charge you an extra designer's fee.• You and who/whatever I'm drawing must be 18+ for any NSFW or suggestive commissions, obviously.• All payments will be made through PayPal. Payments will be required to be paid in full after sketches are approved and finalized. Payment plans may be an option for commission above $100, but final product will not be given until fully paid.• I do not accept commissions with deadlines. I will try to get to commissions as soon as I can, but I have a full time job and severe unmedicated ADHD so I cannot guarantee how timely they will be. Generally once I actually start a commission it will be done within 1-3 days afterwards, but it is highly dependent on my work schedule.

  • You may request updates on a commission at any time

  • You may ask for changes -- within reason -- for no extra charge (i.e. changing pose in sketch phase, changing colors, adding or removing details. NOT something like changing pose after piece is lined/colored)

  • You may post your commissioned artwork on social media and other websites WITH CREDIT

  • You may use your commission as an icon/header/whatever WITH CREDIT

  • You may NOT claim my art as your own

  • You may NOT use commissions or any other art of mine for any purposes relating to Generative AI

  • You may NOT alter or edit my art in any way without my permission

  • You may NOT repost my art anywhere without credit

  • You may NOT sell my artwork without my permission

Adoptable & Custom Design Policy

  • Adoptables/Customs may not be sold for higher than what they were purchased for, unless extra art has been made for them

  • Designs may be changed how you see fit but you are NOT allowed to edit the art I made of them

  • You may use any designs you've purchased from me commercially but you may not use the art I've made of them for commercial purposes

Disclaimer

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason, but with full or partial repayment, depending on how much of it has been finished

  • If my terms are breached I will blacklist you and also call you a bitch on twitter dot com
